From messy briefs to shipped products — 6 years of getting the details right.

I started noticing design problems before I knew what design was — why apps felt confusing, why flows made no sense, why people gave up. Since 2021 I've been solving those problems professionally, working with US and local clients across fintech, banking, B2B e-commerce, and SaaS. I care about the thinking behind the screen as much as the screen itself.

Leading UX for B2B e-commerce platforms — from user research and ICP definition to design systems and full product estimates. Building complex procurement and catalog experiences for businesses moving to digital.

2024 - 2025

Arbo Technologies | Product Designer

End-to-end product design for a US-based accounting software startup. Took ideas from concept to shipped user flows, wireframes, component systems, UI, and dev handoff. Presented and defended design decisions directly to stakeholders while collaborating closely with developers to ensure implementation stayed true to the design intent.
